Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor personnel cost trends and perform variance analyses
Prepare regular reports and analyses for executive management and specialist departments
Prepare the organization's financial planning, including analysis of cost increases
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to manage HR processes
Validate, prepare, and report statutory regulations and statistics
Participate in personnel cost planning and year-end closing activities
Work closely with internal departments, particularly financial controlling and HR
Requirements
You hold a degree in economics, controlling, health economics, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR controlling are desirable; prior experience in healthcare is an advantage
Beyond formal qualifications, we value strong analytical and conceptual skills, and expect you to work with empathy, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach
Strong user skills in MS Office—especially Excel, VBA, and Power BI—and experience with HR software
You enjoy working hands-on and advance topics independently and proactively
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
