About the role
- Credit Controller managing arrears across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. Will work with tenants and accounts teams for effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Managing arrears across a portfolio of clients in diverse property portfolios.
- Maintaining regular and direct communication with tenants to manage arrears.
- Working closely with accounts teams to provide the best service.
- Producing arrears reports with analysis for Property Managers and clients.
- Communicating with tenants via phone, email, and letter.
- Maintaining tenant databases with accurate details.
- Proactively contacting tenants based on their payment history.
- Regularly reviewing daily bank downloads for correct fund allocation.
- Reconciling tenant accounts and instructing collection agencies as authorized.
