Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sustainability strategies
- Establish and manage sustainability targets and KPIs
- Prepare and further develop sustainability reports in accordance with CSRD
- CO2 accounting according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol
- Prepare and coordinate sustainability ratings (e.g., EcoVadis)
- Internal and external communications on sustainability topics
- Preparation of the company’s first standalone sustainability report (2027) and participation in the ongoing development of sustainability objectives
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, environmental management, sustainability or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sustainability is welcome but not required
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, data management and ERP systems
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills, initiative, team spirit and motivation to drive change
