About the role

  • Paralegal assisting litigation attorneys in a nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm. Collaborating on evidence gathering and trial preparations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
  • Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.
  • Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience (plaintiffs’ personal injury with litigation experience preferred)
  • Must reside within driving distance of Greenville, SC
  • Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
  • First 30 days on onboarding and training will be done in Greenville, SC office
