Responsibilities
Lead the definition and execution of data-driven Growth strategy, focusing on acquisition, retention, loyalty and maximizing LTV
Manage and develop the Growth team, promoting high performance, ongoing training and alignment with the company's strategic objectives
Structure and monitor growth goals and KPIs, ensuring predictability and scalability of results
Oversee in-depth analysis of customer behavior using BI, CRM and analytics tools, ensuring generation of strategic insights
Define media and channel investment strategy, allocating budget efficiently to maximize ROI
Manage and optimize key acquisition and relationship channels (paid and organic media, CRM, loyalty programs, apps, among others)
Ensure data integration and governance across multiple sources (CRM, media, app, sales platforms), promoting a unified customer view
Monitor performance, conversion and churn metrics, proposing strategic action plans and structuring continuous improvement processes
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Sales and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution
Serve as a technical and strategic point of reference for media tools, measurement, tracking, attribution and digital campaigns.
