Requirements
- You have a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining complex platform infrastructure and distributed systems.
- You possess a strong technical background in cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and modern CI/CD patterns (ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc), allowing you to make and guide complex technical decisions.
- You understand the software development lifecycle deeply and have hands-on experience with development languages (e.g., Python or Golang) to effectively build tools for other developers.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a relentless focus on continuous system improvement and automation.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence technical stakeholders across the organization.
- You prioritize security and compliance as core pillars of a reliable platform.
