Responsibilities
Assist in the development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with product management and business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform system administration tasks, including scheduling and completion of platform maintenance, user management, and other duties as assigned.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Following prescribed SDLC process to align with compliance commitments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and applications as needed.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is optimized and up to date.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and other team members.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
Proven experience in designing and implementing custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including data model, security, and scripting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
