Responsibilities
You are responsible as a salesperson for an exciting, complex EAP product portfolio that requires intensive, close customer contact.
You open up new customer groups through active new-customer acquisition and strategically advance our product area.
You enthusiastically develop joint ideas and solutions with your customers—our products are further developed together.
You build and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships and actively nurture them.
You continuously help shape the processes of customer support, development and acquisition.
You use networking and social media purposefully for customer outreach.
You support the organization and design of customer events.
Requirements
Ideally a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship
Professional experience in sales, ideally with complex or consultative products
Passion for building close customer relationships and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Interest in and sensitivity to work–life balance topics
Open, proactive and communicative working style
Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and decisiveness
Strong negotiation skills and enjoyment working with numbers
Strategic thinking and willingness to pursue new approaches
Strong service orientation and flexible time management
Confident use of MS Office and digital communication tools (e.g., MS Teams, video conferencing)
Driver's license and willingness to travel on business
