Responsibilities
- Owning product strategy and delivery for a portfolio of products
- Leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered products from ideation to deployment
- Solving complex, cross-functional problems in close collaboration with our machine learning and data science experts and product designers
- Managing complex projects and competing priorities to ensure delivery excellence for multiple products
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the financial services sector
- Setting a strategic roadmap for reusable, repeatable assets
- Mentoring and developing junior team members to help them grow their product management skills and reach their full potential
- Shaping phased delivery approaches that maximize value and balance sustainability by understanding strategic goals and operational realities.
Requirements
- Proven track record of product management, with significant experience in delivering AI or software products in Financial Services companies
- Previous, direct line management experience of product managers
- Experience taking a breadth of products from 0-1 to deployment at scale
- Strong grasp of data science concepts and engineering principles, capable of navigating technical complexities and contributing to solution design
- Ability to bring structure to ill-defined problems and shape product strategy from the ground up, delivering value iteratively
- Exceptional relationship-builder, able to engage with and influence senior decision-makers through data-driven insights
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment
- Thrive on operating confidently in ambiguous situations and bring clarity and direction when required.
