About the role

Responsibilities

  • Structure, operate, and evolve our inbound engine
  • Ensure continuous generation of qualified leads
  • Increase lead maturity through nurturing
  • Contribute directly to business growth
  • Create, test, and optimize top- and mid-funnel content
  • Design and optimize nurturing flows in HubSpot
  • Monitor and analyze metrics such as qualified leads
  • Work in partnership with the growth team

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in inbound marketing within a B2B context (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of strategic content, lead nurturing, and the sales funnel
  • Experience with marketing automation in HubSpot (solid knowledge required)
  • Analytical ability to read and interpret funnel data
  • Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives, campaigns, and tests simultaneously
  • Previous experience in SaaS or other B2B models (a plus)
  • Knowledge of or experience with SEO and implementation of best practices (a plus)
  • Use of AI tools applied to copywriting, data analysis, and journey personalization (a plus)
  • Experience with No-Code/Low-Code tools such as Make or n8n (a plus)
