Responsibilities
Plan, structure and execute promotional, corporate and product marketing campaigns — from concept and creative development to calendar management and measurement of results;
Plan and organize events and special initiatives, both digital and in-person;
Create, review and adapt content and copy for campaigns, emails, WhatsApp, presentations, corporate materials and ads;
Develop copy and briefings for the creation of support materials, case studies and content for different areas of the company;
Brief and liaise with the creative team, production companies and external partners (including video scripts), ensuring quality, deadlines and consistency;
Plan and execute influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships with podcasts, videocasts, webinars and online events;
Manage external suppliers (promotional items, print shops, production companies and offline media), overseeing negotiations and deliveries;
Create and optimize copy for CRM flows, nurture sequences and automations.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a marketing analyst (preferably in B2B or technology companies)
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong copywriting skills
Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (RD Station, Moskit, Mailchimp or similar)
Experience in managing suppliers and external partners
Ability to run projects autonomously with little supervision, strong critical thinking and initiative to propose improvements
Comfortable communicating with different teams and stakeholder profiles
Curious mindset with a continuous interest in learning, testing new formats and improving processes.
