Responsibilities
Manage client engagement teams
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of integrations, carve-outs, and other types of transaction engagements
Work on a wide range of strategy engagements, performing market research, stakeholder engagement, structured thinking and strategy facilitation processes
Apply your project execution skills, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation
Analyse and evaluate operating models and financial information
Develop effective client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products
Identifying key client risks and issues, and mitigating these ahead of time
Work across all functions of the business and during the implementation phase, touch areas of the whole organisation. Reporting directly to Directors and Partners
Requirements
5+ years of experience
Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strategy, transaction or organisational transformation experience
