Responsibilities
- Strengthening and operationalising the FICC Portfolio Oversight Framework
- Building processes, analytics and capabilities needed for consistent oversight across performance, risk, cost and investment process
- Enhancing the use of Aladdin risk and performance analytics within oversight workflows
- Working in partnership with FICC Capability & Strategy Team to design and embed scalable analytical and data processes
- Developing robust technical methodologies and templates for oversight activities
- Contributing to the design and operationalisation of oversight data structures, analytical workflows, and reporting logic
- Providing subject matter expertise to support the build of scalable reporting tools, dashboards and automated workflows
Requirements
- Deep expertise in fixed income & credit management developed over many years practical experience
- Extensive experience in using Aladdin for portfolio management, construction, risk, attribution etc with experience uplifting utilisation of Aladdin analytics workflows
- Experienced interpreting risk and performance reporting
- Skilled in multi‑mandate global portfolio analysis
- Experience building cross‑sector oversight views desirable
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving capability
- Ability to develop risk governance frameworks
- Skilled at communicating complex insights clearly
- Familiarity with automated reporting and analytical tooling
- Experience improving oversight practices and cost analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
