Responsibilities
Receive, analyze, and clarify technical profile requests submitted by the client
Gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring the request is fully understood by the recruitment team
Track the full lifecycle of each request: opening → sourcing → interviews → client presentation → onboarding
Ensure continuous communication with the client regarding the progress of each vacancy
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize vacancies and align expectations
Assist in the initial screening of profiles, validating technical and behavioral fit
Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to profiles, teams, and future needs
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement or team expansion
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs: response time, number of profiles submitted, acceptance rate, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles
Broad understanding of IT technologies
Experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or software house environments
