About the role

  • Business Analyst responsible for coordinating projects and conducting business analysis for public tenders. Collaborating in an agile environment and ensuring quality assurance in Bern, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Overall coordination of the project
  • Conducting business analyses and documenting requirements
  • Preparation and execution of public tenders in accordance with BöB (including preparation of tender documents and participation in bid evaluation)
  • Iterative collaboration with user groups from concept through to operations
  • Quality assurance on technical and financial levels
  • Close cooperation with Procurement, Legal Services, IT Security, Architects and domain representatives

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Proven experience with public procurement processes
  • Willingness to iteratively develop applications in close coordination with user groups and suppliers
  • Passion for and hands-on experience in implementing interactive solutions
  • Innovative mindset and readiness to contribute ideas for technical implementation
  • Good knowledge of Confluence and Jira
  • Language skills in French and Italian
  • Strong communication skills
  • Subject-matter knowledge in a police environment
