About the role

  • Senior Executive managing financial performance and analysis for operations. Building financial models and supporting stakeholders in financially driven decisions across geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly Provisional and Invoicing account per geography.
  • Track and analyze monthly actual Invoice and Provisional Revenue.
  • Build financial models and sensitivity for ad hoc business needs.
  • Provide enabling support to stakeholders in making financially driven business decisions.
  • Assist Operations team with performance management.
  • Provides analysis for process improvement.
  • Prepare reports for Business Reviews to internal stakeholders and clients on a Program-level.
  • Monthly Ops interaction for metric calibration.
  • Data collation of operations financial expenses.
  • Tracking of P4P, Milestone and other process incentive programs.
  • Any other duties as requested by the FP&A Manager and Operations leaders.

Requirements

  • Accountancy Graduate or any Business Related Course.
  • Understanding financial models
  • Proficiency in performance management
  • Experience analyzing financial performance
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
