About the role
- Ensuring compliance and risk assessment in operational processes within client areas. Supporting audit processes and coordinating compliance activities as required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence of the Operational & Process related controls, compliance for service delivery requirements, fraud risk assessment, Client contractual terms, policies, rules and procedures in Client area
- Coordinate & support compliance activities in client area
- Conduct periodic Fraud risk, testing of process controls, service delivery compliance reviews/ audits
- Provide support and guidance to operations during internal/external audits
- Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of operations with other enabling departments/compliance teams
- Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within client area are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
- Provide consultancy on risk, regulatory/contractual/policies & procedures compliance areas
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce stream
- Excellent on MS Office
- Relevant Domain Certifications such as ISO would be preferred
- Any other audit-related certification will be preferred
