Ensuring compliance and risk assessment in operational processes within client areas. Supporting audit processes and coordinating compliance activities as required.
Responsibilities
Ensures adherence of the Operational & Process related controls, compliance for service delivery requirements, fraud risk assessment, Client contractual terms, policies, rules and procedures in Client area
Coordinate & support compliance activities in client area
Conduct periodic Fraud risk, testing of process controls, service delivery compliance reviews/ audits
Provide support and guidance to operations during internal/external audits
Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of operations with other enabling departments/compliance teams
Act as an independent reviewer and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within client area are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts
Provide consultancy on risk, regulatory/contractual/policies & procedures compliance areas
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce stream
Excellent on MS Office
Relevant Domain Certifications such as ISO would be preferred
Any other audit-related certification will be preferred
