- Lead the design and deployment of conversational agents using Dialogflow CX, Playbook and Google ADK leveraging GCP’s capabilities to deliver high-quality, context-aware voice and chat experiences
- Utilize Dialogflow CX to architect and implement multi-turn, context-aware conversational agents.
- Leverage Conversational Agents and Generators to deliver dynamic, personalized user experiences.
- Conduct manual testing and flow optimization to ensure high accuracy in intent detection and seamless backend integration.
- Design and execute test cases to validate conversational flows and backend connectivity.
