About the role

  • Partner Account Manager role focusing on client management and sales negotiations for Exclusive Networks in Germany. Responsibilities include CRM management, forecasting, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive consulting, support and development of new and existing clients
  • Conduct sales and pricing negotiations
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
  • Process orders from receipt to delivery
  • Manage customer data and proposals (sales opportunities) in the CRM system
  • Forecast reporting
  • Support Key Account Managers (field sales) in managing our partners
  • Identify up- and cross-selling opportunities through ongoing analysis
  • Negotiate prices and set terms with our manufacturers/vendors
  • Position our vendor and service portfolio with partners in collaboration with our Marketing and Vendor Management teams
  • Relationship management with our customers and manufacturers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in a related field
  • Practical experience in a comparable position, ideally in an IT environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent negotiation and consulting abilities
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • High problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong team player
  • Confident command of the German language
  • Good written and spoken English due to the international orientation
