• Excelya is looking for a dedicated **Project Manager - Systems** to lead our initiatives in optimizing our systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. This pivotal position will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing the life cycle of various systems projects, from initial conception through to successful completion. Your leadership will help influence process improvements and foster a culture of innovation.
• **Main Responsibilities:**
• Lead Opportunity and Feasibility phases for new clinical systems initiatives, ensuring clear project framing before any implementation begins.
• Clarify the business rationale, expected value, and strategic objectives of each proposed initiative.
• Identify and map impacted processes, systems, stakeholders, and organizational implications.
• Define resource needs (human, financial, technical) and key enablers required for potential implementation.
• Analyze and document risks, dependencies, assumptions, and key success factors.
• Facilitate workshops and interactions with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Produce structured project framing deliverables, including Opportunity & Feasibility Reports, project scope, impact assessments, budget estimates, and roadmap recommendations.
• Prepare the Project Framing Document summarizing conclusions, recommended next steps, and prerequisites for moving to design/implementation phases.
• Maintain clear project governance through detailed workshop summaries and decision logs to consolidate discussions and outcomes

Requirements

• **About You**
• To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and project management skills.
• **Experience:** min 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst or in a similar role within a clinical or regulatory environment.
• **Skills:** Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• **Education:** Master’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Information Systems, etc.).
• **Languages:** Fluent in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
