About the role

  • Assistant Project Manager organizing materials and teams to build quality homes on time and within budget while maintaining strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing people and material to build quality homes on time and within budget
  • Maintaining the highest caliber of customer relations by providing prompt response and follow-up (within 24 hours) and providing warranted service promptly
  • This is a trainee position and emphasis should be to reach Project Manager level within the allotted 12 to 18-month time frame
  • Expected to perform some manual labor
  • Reporting relationship includes Senior Project Manager, and/or Project Manager, and Production Manager
  • Monitors daily activities of Subcontractors

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
  • Excellent organizational skills are indispensable
  • Efficiently use computer programs and applications
  • Valid Driver’s license and personal auto insurance with at least state minimum coverage
