About the role

  • Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives, with a focus on SAP Business Suite for new customer acquisition, ServiceNow, service excellence and digital transformation.
  • Ensure consistent brand management across all countries and subsidiaries.
  • Build and lead a scalable, decentralized marketing model with clear governance structures (Global Marketing Services Model).
  • Define global marketing standards, processes and templates for campaigns, websites and lead-to-sales workflows.
  • Build and operate high-performing demand-generation engines across all regions and business units.
  • Promote and support local marketing initiatives by providing frameworks, tools, templates and budgets.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, business unit leaders and HR to support go-to-market strategies, employer branding and partner communications.
  • Manage the global marketing budget and monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, pipeline contribution).
  • Lead and develop an international marketing team, including regional field marketing managers.
  • Contribute to the long-term brand strategy process in collaboration with executive management.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in international B2B marketing, ideally in a senior role with responsibility for strategy, budget and team leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP systems, cloud solutions and digital transformation, as well as experience building scalable marketing structures.
  • Solid experience working with software vendors such as SAP and ServiceNow.
  • Strategic and operational strength: you develop visions and consistently execute them.
  • Expertise in demand generation and performance marketing, including KPI tracking and pipeline contribution.
  • Strong leadership skills: you lead teams, foster collaboration and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for alignment with Sales, Product Management and HR.
  • Analytical thinking and budget responsibility: you make data-driven decisions and optimize resources.
  • Intercultural competence and change-management capability to successfully implement global initiatives.
  • Business-fluent English and German for collaboration within our global team.
