  • Customer Enablement Manager responsible for onboarding and training customers at Evolv Technology. Requires relationship building and technical training to optimize product adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers for successful onboarding and adoption
  • Deliver training sessions, both virtual and onsite
  • Monitor customer health and usage signals
  • Lead performance reviews and business value conversations
  • Manage renewal readiness process by ensuring strong adoption and value realization

  • Competent in Evolv’s products, workflows, and enablement methodology
  • Collaborate with Sales, Program Management, Support, and Marketing
