Requirements
relevant experience in a similar role, supporting a broad range of applications and systems
degree qualified, preferably in IT
relevant industry experience
prior experience supporting data centre–hosted applications built on multi-tier architectures, including web servers, application servers, and SQL database servers
strong understanding of application dependencies, server roles, and operational requirements within enterprise environments
basic understanding of ITIL
confidence with all IT Infrastructure and Security topics
