About the role

  • Sales Director leading business development and sales efforts for EveryMatrix in Latin America. Seeking experienced professional with a track record in LatAm iGaming sales and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the overall African market goals.
  • Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
  • Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders within the LatAm iGaming ecosystem.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent EveryMatrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events across LatAm and internationally.
  • Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity in key LatAm markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the LatAm iGaming industry.
  • Proven track record of securing and growing iGaming accounts across multiple LatAm countries.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, payment systems, and local operator needs.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
