Responsibilities
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the overall African market goals.
Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders within the LatAm iGaming ecosystem.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Represent EveryMatrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events across LatAm and internationally.
Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.
Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity in key LatAm markets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the LatAm iGaming industry.
Proven track record of securing and growing iGaming accounts across multiple LatAm countries.
Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, payment systems, and local operator needs.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
