About the role

  • Salary Packaging Consultant providing customer-focused salary packaging solutions at FleetPartners. Engage with clients and manage payroll and compliance for salary packaging services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused salary packaging solutions to our clients.
  • Perform client end-of-lease and bank reconciliations.
  • Process day-to-day package updates, including changes, terminations, and payment schedule management.
  • Engage with customers on their FBT reporting expectations and assist in preparing annual FBT reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in salary packaging, payroll, or accounting, novated leases a bonus.
  • Working knowledge of Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT).
  • Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to think critically, question processes, and solve problems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work to deadlines.
