About the role

  • Sales Manager managing sales representatives for patient acquisition at Everself. Focused on improving conversion rates and building a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of sales representatives responsible for converting inbound patient leads into consultations and procedures
  • Track and analyze key conversion metrics across the patient acquisition funnel
  • Train representatives to guide patients through complex, high-consideration healthcare decisions
  • Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability structures for team performance
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Care Operations to improve lead routing and sales tools
  • Work closely with marketing, clinical, and care operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales environments
  • 2-4+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams
  • Proven experience managing sales funnels, conversion metrics, and KPIs
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with sales dashboards and performance data
  • Experience coaching representatives in consultative, high-trust sales conversations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
