About the role

  • Outside Sales Representative developing new business through outreach and relationship building at EverLine Coatings. Seeking motivated individuals for a high-impact B2B sales role with a recession-resistant company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build relationships with commercial property managers and facility managers
  • Conduct site visits and perform take-offs
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Manage pipeline in CRM
  • Follow up consistently and close contracts
  • Work closely with operations to ensure project execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
  • Hunter mentality – comfortable generating own leads
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Organized and CRM disciplined
  • Comfortable reading site plans / performing measurements (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in commercial services, facilities management, construction, or property management is highly preferred.
