About the role
- Support implementation and improvement of ISO certifications for Eutelsat. Help monitor quality, environmental, and security systems in a global satellite technology context.
Responsibilities
- Support in the implementation, monitoring and improvement of ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental) and ISO27001 (Information Security) certifications.
- Participate to the procedures and documentation design, release, and distribution process
- Participation in External and Internal Audits performed by certification bodies
- Monitoring of the deadlines of all Activities and Corrective actions generated by Quality, Information Security and Environmental Management systems
- Write and maintain documentation, procedures and presentations in English language
- Organize meetings and interviews with Process Owners
- Provide support to ISO systems users
- Support the monitoring and improvement of other Management systems
Requirements
- Graduated degree in Engineering or equivalent title / working experience
- Knowledge of International Standards (especially ISO 9001, ISO27001 and ISO14001)
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Determination, passion and proactivity
- Preferential titles: Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
