Responsibilities
Drive performance & KPIs
Establish, monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to passenger information to manage operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure the quality, reliability and consistency of collected data.
Analyze, understand and recommend
Collect, analyze and interpret data from the field, observations, surveys or monitoring tools.
Identify areas for improvement in passenger information and formulate concrete recommendations.
Industrialize & automate
Automate and optimize data collection, reporting and management tools wherever possible.
Contribute to process modernization with a focus on efficiency and methodological consistency.
Support & engage teams
Support managers in the deployment of the nine passenger information management standards.
Participate in facilitating continuous improvement forums:
5-minute check-ins
daily / weekly / monthly meetings
field rounds, visual management, chronograms…
Promote alignment of operational practices and the upskilling of teams.
Produce & share
Produce performance reports: operational reports, thematic reports and reporting for daily and monthly rituals.
Continuously monitor trends, incidents, field feedback and sector best practices.
Requirements
Master’s degree (statistics, data, business school or equivalent).
1 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, operational performance or continuous improvement.
Excellent command of data analytics (Power BI, etc.), Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) and data visualization/presentation.
Strong communication, proactivity and project management skills.
Knowledge of the transport/travel sector is a plus.
French & English: advanced level.
Dutch and/or German is a plus.
