About the role
- Fiscal Analyst ensuring compliance with tax obligations for Eurofarma, promoting health access. Responsibilities include tax review, auditing support, and fiscal reporting.
Responsibilities
- Calculate and review indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ICMS ST and ICMS Partilha);
- Calculate and review taxes, monitoring updates related to the Tax Reform (IBS, CBS and IS);
- Analyze tax-related transactions and advise internal departments on correct tax classification;
- Ensure compliance with ancillary tax obligations (SPED Fiscal, GIA ST, among others);
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impacts on company operations;
- Support tax planning projects and review tax processes;
- Participate in responses to tax inspections and internal and external audits;
- Drive improvement and automation of tax processes in SAP and tax systems;
- Prepare management reports and analyses to support decision-making;
- Monitor and control tax incentives and benefits, especially those related to the State of Minas Gerais, ensuring proper utilization and compliance with legal requirements;
- Identify and regularize outstanding tax issues with states, conducting analyses, negotiations and follow-ups until resolution;
- Track and respond to tax-related inquiries and incident reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
- Solid experience in the tax area, preferably in medium or large companies;
- Advanced knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary tax obligations;
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis);
- Experience with SAP;
- Knowledge of tax automation tools is desirable;
- Knowledge of tax incentives/benefits is desirable.
