Responsibilities
Attend meetings with advertising agencies and publishers alongside the Product Manager, supporting promotional campaigns for both ongoing products and product launches (new products and line extensions), and assist with product strategy, briefings and the status of scientific materials related to the products.
Actively participate in and support product launches and/or line extension initiatives.
Support the development of promotional strategies by updating market data to keep the sales force informed about competitors and promotional materials.
Work in partnership with the Supply area to manage production of promotional materials, ensuring deadlines are met, as well as coordinating internal activities (printing, billing of materials for the Sales Force).
Create purchase requisitions in the system and monitor/track order approvals.
Register promotional materials and monitor approvals and status of promotional materials in the INTERCODE system.
Be responsible for monitoring and meeting internal schedules for promotional materials and the timeline for training-related activities (sending meeting materials, etc.).
Develop suppliers (agencies/giveaways), providing support to the Product Manager.
Support event-related activities (congresses/mini-meetings/cycle meetings).
Liaise with other departments across the company to gather information needed to support the Product Manager’s work.
Be responsible for entering miscellaneous expenses into the system (SAP), preparing monthly investment reports and controlling available product budgets.
Analyze market information tied to the unit’s strategic planning and interpret audit data to assist the Product Manager’s decision-making.
Contribute strategic suggestions for products/business units.
Support marketing activities for other communication channels (website updates, call center, magazines, etc.) in addition to the sales force.
Support the Product Manager in cycle meetings, GRs, GDs, national meetings and in training courses for new pharmaceutical representatives.
Conduct field visits with pharmaceutical representatives to evaluate promotional materials, identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
Respond to and coordinate requests from the sales force.
Monitor product-related expenses to control resources allocated in the marketing plan.
Coordinate with Planning/Production Control (PCP) to ensure finished product availability in stock and to avoid expiration of finished products in inventory.
Be responsible for updating and monitoring information available in the SAP platform.
Monitor promotional materials in the VEEVA platform.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising/Publicity, Marketing or Pharmacy.
Experience in Product Marketing.
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP is desirable.
Experience with Veeva is desirable.
Experience with Rx (prescription) and MIP products is desirable.
