Requirements
Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport industry or consulting environment
Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
Self-motivation, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
Very good German skills, both written and spoken
