About the role

  • Recruiter for eurobahn managing the entire recruiting process from applicant entry to contract signing in Hamm, Germany. Focusing on employer branding and optimizing candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from receipt of applications to contract signing
  • Ensuring a respectful and positive candidate experience
  • Monitoring KPIs to continuously improve hiring efficiency
  • Actively contributing to our employer brand
  • Representing the company at various events
  • Developing a forward-looking strategy for talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in business or social sciences, human resources, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in the transport industry or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with various recruiting channels and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Enjoyment in working with people and direct contact with applicants
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
  • Very good German skills, both written and spoken
