Responsibilities
You identify new business opportunities and independently build a strong network in the areas of workplace health management (BGM), sustainability and HR
You conduct qualified initial conversations, analyze customer needs and provide professional advice on our services
You develop compelling solution proposals and confidently present our portfolio to operational contacts as well as decision-makers
You take responsibility for the entire sales cycle: from initial contact through proposal preparation to closing
You manage existing customers, identify potential and further develop long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Commercial training or a degree, ideally in business, sales or communications
Initial professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in a consultative or complex-sales environment
Enjoyment of outbound sales, strong communication skills and a confident manner
Structured, goal-oriented way of working and a good sense of customer needs
Very good German language skills (at least C1); good English skills are an advantage
Hands-on mentality, team spirit and strong motivation to continue developing professionally
