About the role

  • Experienced Marketing & Digital Manager ensuring continuity during maternity leave at ETAM. Responsibilities include budget management, team leadership, and digital strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact within the local team, with a strong focus on performance, paid traffic and digital channels, while supporting and leading a multidisciplinary team
  • Ownership and monitoring of marketing budgets
  • Management and oversight of the overall budget and reporting
  • Direct collaboration with ETAM's General Manager
  • Manage and coach a team of 3
  • Provide strategic and operational support for e-commerce
  • Oversee CRM activities and social media
  • Coordinate retail marketing initiatives
  • Organize events and influencer collaborations
  • Manage the acquisition agency: briefs, content and messaging validation, regular checkpoints
  • Monitor paid media performance on a daily and strategic basis
  • Track budget allocation, monitor ROAS and drive optimization
  • Manage affiliates and partners, conduct monthly reviews and track performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition
  • Comfortable with budget management and financial KPIs
  • Hands-on, structured and autonomous profile
  • Excellent communication skills in an international professional environment
