About the role

  • Intern in People Operations supporting HR tasks at etalytics GmbH. Focus on administration, report preparation, process automation, and event management.

Responsibilities

  • HR administration: Maintaining and managing employee data in our HR system.
  • Report creation: Preparing analyses and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Revision of the employee handbook: Adding and updating content.
  • Process automation: Contributing to the digitization of our people operations processes.
  • People development: Preparing decision templates and contributing your own ideas.
  • Recruiting: Identifying potential candidates on LinkedIn and supporting career fairs.
  • Event management: Supporting the planning of team events and company gatherings.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, sociology, or a related field with a focus on HR, organization, or management (mandatory internship possible).
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a high level of discretion.
  • A hands-on mentality: After onboarding and clarifying open questions in daily coordination, you will handle tasks from our diverse to-do list independently and reliably.
  • Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
