Responsibilities
Generate leads and build project pipelines through networking, prospecting and cultivating relationships with clients
Support studies on markets and client segments, contribute to market strategies, and identify new opportunities
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth potential
Build and manage strong client and partner relationships (EGAT, MEA, PEA)
Prepare commercial proposals to clients
Lead negotiations and contract signature with clients
Support proposal and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Lead and mentor BD team members for performance and alignment
Forecast pipeline conversion and report on project development activities on regular basis
Provide customer service to clients as required
Requirements
University Graduate with degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, or Business
Analytical and organized with the high degree of commercial acumen
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sale of technical solutions/financial products, B2B sales, or deal origination
Knowledge of the business landscape and culture in Thailand
Confident communicator in English and Thai
Ability to deliver under pressure while supporting peers in a collaborative environment
Willingness to learn about the solar and renewable energy industry
Willingness to travel frequently across the country and across Southeast Asia
Experience in Power, Infrastructure, or Renewables is a plus
Understanding of Power Purchase Agreements is an advantage
