About the role
- Leading Influencer Marketing initiatives by developing strategic campaigns and fostering relationships with influencers at Estadão's Blue Studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Estadão Blue Studio's Influencer team;
- Structure and consolidate the influencer marketing function within the publisher;
- Manage relationships with agencies, advertisers, and influencers;
- Create and co-create strategic campaigns with creators and brands;
- Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns;
- Define, track, and analyze performance KPIs and results;
- Develop commercial and strategic proposals for influencer projects;
- Manage schedules, scope, budgets, and deliverables;
- Ensure alignment across internal teams (commercial/sales, creative, content, and operations);
- Monitor market trends, creators, and emerging platforms;
- Implement processes, workflows, and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or special projects;
- Experience managing a team;
- Experience in managing relationships with agencies and clients;
- Project management experience;
- Analytical ability to interpret campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, ROI, etc.);
- Familiarity with social media analytics and monitoring tools;
- Familiarity with project management tools such as:
- Trello
- Asana
- Monday.com
- Jira
- ClickUp
- Advanced or fluent English;
- Previous experience at media outlets or large publishers;
- Experience building a department or business unit from scratch;
- Experience with multiplatform projects (digital, social, branded content, events);
- Knowledge of BI tools and dashboards.
