Responsibilities
- Monitor daily key Accounts Receivable indicators (Forecast vs. Received);
- Create reports to support the measurement and formatting of indicators;
- Provide direct support to Mid-level and Junior analysts;
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to collection processes;
- Coordinate with Accounting and Operations teams;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Actively participate in process mapping and improvement efforts, proposing solutions that increase the area's efficiency;
- Work on financial and accounting reconciliation processes, with emphasis on card acquiring and payment methods;
- Process and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring reliability and transparency of information;
- Perform critical analyses that contribute to decision-making and the improvement of financial processes;
- Provide direct support to Accounting and Audit teams, supplying accurate information aligned with internal policies and standards;
- Develop and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency;
- Support initiatives to automate reports and processes, bringing agility and innovation to the team;
- Collaborate with partner areas and acquirers to strengthen integration of financial processes;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields;
- Advanced Excel;
- Preferred: knowledge of Power BI and experience in audited environments;
- Experience performing the routines of this role;
- Solid experience in accounts receivable, financial reconciliation and performance indicators;
- Experience in cross-functional relationships and participation in improvement or automation projects;
- Participation in projects and improvements in accounts receivable, card reconciliation, TEF (Electronic Funds Transfer) and payment methods;
- Analytical skills, organization, proactivity and excellent communication;
- Experience in the retail segment and in publicly traded companies;
