Responsibilities
Beantwoorden en oplossen van technische vragen over onze brand- en toegangscontroleoplossingen.
Ondersteunen van klanten via e-mail en telefoon, met focus op snelle en kwalitatieve service.
Samenwerken met interne en externe salesteams en hen voorzien van technisch advies.
Registreren van alle interacties en activiteiten in het CRM-systeem.
Afstemmen met leveranciers voor complexe technische vraagstukken.
Geven van productdemonstraties en technische trainingen aan klanten en partners.
Ondersteunen op locatie bij productimplementaties en het identificeren en oplossen van storingen.
Meewerken aan de evaluatie van nieuwe producten en het delen van technische feedback met Categorie Management.
Requirements
Ervaring binnen de beveiligingsbranche (brand of toegangscontrole is pré).
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
Een gedreven, proactieve houding: je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en pakt problemen zelfstandig op.
Woonachtig in de regio Loppem of Breda, of bereid om enkele dagen per week te reizen.
