Professional experience in selling privately financed apartments required
Strong client orientation, proven closing skills and a polished communication style
Understanding of construction techniques and apartment details, including floor plans
Professional, friendly demeanor consistent with the values of a modern non-profit housing company
High self-motivation
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Very good command of German
Valid Class B driver’s license
