About the role

  • Sales Representative focused on selling free-financed apartments in Vienna for a modern real estate company. Engaging in professional client consultations from initial contact to contract signing.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on selling privately financed condominiums in our new development projects — renting where required; position offers room for initiative and a high degree of responsibility
  • Professional advising and support of prospective clients from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Conducting property viewings, project presentations and handover appointments
  • Close collaboration with internal departments — particularly project development and IT
  • Participation in information events, housing fairs and client meetings
  • Involvement in planning sales-supporting measures

Requirements

  • Professional experience in selling privately financed apartments required
  • Strong client orientation, proven closing skills and a polished communication style
  • Understanding of construction techniques and apartment details, including floor plans
  • Professional, friendly demeanor consistent with the values of a modern non-profit housing company
  • High self-motivation
  • Structured, reliable and independent working style
  • Very good command of German
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
