About the role
- Business Analyst enhancing digital processes in the banking sector by optimizing existing workflows. Collaborating on AI and automation use cases while documenting requirements and ensuring quality testing.
Responsibilities
- Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und unseren Entwicklern – von der Anforderungserhebung, Aufwandsschätzung und dem Lösungsdesign bis zu Prototyping, Testing und Rollout
- Identifikation & Umsetzung von AI- und Automation-Use Cases im Banking-Umfeld
- Beschreibung digitaler Anforderungen in Form von Epics und User Stories in JIRA sowie Dokumentation in Confluence
- Erstellung von Prozessmodellen und technischen Spezifikationen
- Qualitätssicherung inklusive Testplanung, Testdurchführung und Abnahmebegleitung
- Eigenständige Kosten /Nutzen /Risikoeinschätzungen für neue Anforderungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst – idealerweise im Finanzsektor
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum) und modernen IT‑Architekturen (APIs, Cloud)
- Sicherer Umgang mit JIRA (User Stories, Epics, Backlog Management, Reporting)
- Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering und in der Prozessmodellierung
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
- Interesse oder erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Artificial Intelligence
- Analytische Stärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
