- Coordinate planning sessions and maintain documentation to meet regulations
- Communicate data collection needs and incorporate findings into project workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and boost program efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, engineering, project management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in permitting, planning, or environmental project management
- At least 2 years managing vegetation management projects and multi-disciplinary initiatives
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet), GIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate across disciplines
- Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines
- Preferred PMP or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with vegetation management programs and regulatory frameworks.
