Responsibilities
- Intégrez une équipe dynamique et innovante pour participer à la création d’un outil de gestion de paie de nouvelle génération
- Analyse approfondie des besoins métiers et spécification technique
- Rédaction précise des User Stories et critères d'acceptance
- Collaboration active avec les équipes de développement à l'implémentation et l'estimation de nouvelles fonctionnalités logicielles
- Participation à l'élaboration de la documentation technique et à la communication interne
- Garantie de la qualité et du respect des engagements sur les projets
- Suivi méthodique des processus Agile et gestion des incidents
Requirements
- Expérience significative en gestion de la paie, idéalement en tant que chargé(e) d’étude sur un produit de paie ou en cabinet d'expertise comptable
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d'écoute, d'intégration et de communication
- Autonomie, précision et respect strict des engagements
- Curiosité intellectuelle, créativité et rigueur sans faille
- Passion pour les défis ambitieux et gestion de projets dynamique
