Responsibilities
Perform detailed client-facing presentations and product demonstrations of insurance solutions to all levels of personnel within a prospective organization
Deliver value add messaging to showcase how our solutions solve specific client challenges
Achieve demonstrable integration among Equisoft solution components for compelling sales presentations
Develop relevant use cases to showcase Equisoft solutions (stand alone or integrated) for demo purposes and coordinate required work across teams
Build integration proof of concepts between Equisoft components using modern patterns
Keep up with the latest technological and software development trends
Work closely with the Pre-Sales team, product owners and other colleagues to understand functional specifications
Innovate and collaborate within the team, leading by example through communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Requirements
Technical Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or commensurate experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in technical a pre-sales role
Subject matter expertise in Life, Annuities and Health insurance products and processes
Experience with modern integration technologies (REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architecture)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for rapid prototyping
Solid understanding of front end and backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies
Strong understanding of SQL and general database concepts (query building and optimization)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong deadlines and shifting priorities
Strong autonomy and self-motivation
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) / French or Spanish is nice to have
Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally
