About the role

Responsibilities
- Structure and manage Financial Lines insurance programs, focusing on Civil Liability (RC), D&O, E&O and Cyber;
- Handle end-to-end renewals, new business, remarketing and restructuring of complex policies;
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations with insurers, seeking optimal coverage terms, pricing, deductibles and limits;
- Assess risks and design consultative solutions aligned with clients' profiles, governance and exposures;
- Perform critical analysis of clauses, policy terms and conditions, and specific wordings;
- Support strategic meetings with clients, commercial executives and insurers;
- Develop technical reports, market comparisons, executive presentations and supporting materials;
- Ensure document governance, regulatory compliance and accurate system records;
- Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the development of analysts and the advancement of best practices in the area.
Requirements
- Solid experience in brokerage firms and/or insurers with a focus on Financial Lines
- Technical knowledge in Civil Liability (RC), D&O, E&O and Cyber
- Experience with corporate clients and handling more complex risks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance Management, Law, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to structuring solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
