Responsibilities

  • Leading and scaling a high-performing, full-funnel B2B marketing strategy across both offline and online channels.
  • Owning the annual and quarterly planning process across the entire marketing department.
  • Working closely with the Music, Product, Growth, and Creative teams to amplify our product launches and artist stories.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing marketers, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
