Responsibilities
You keep the big picture:
• You prepare merchandising runs in the DACH region operationally — planning, executing and handling post-run activities.
• You create precise project briefings as the basis for all stakeholders.
• You create, maintain and update relevant documents and reports.
• You review reports critically and derive concrete recommendations for action.
You keep everything together:
• You maintain and update internal documentation related to the runs.
• You produce weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reports for merchandising.
• You are the central point of contact for retailers and coordinate daily communication with internal colleagues.
You ensure smooth flow:
• You align regularly with all stakeholders involved in a run.
• You monitor deadlines, follow up proactively and take corrective action in case of delays.
• You ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to date with the latest information at all times.
Requirements
You have at least 1–3 years of professional experience in operational project management.
You enjoy daily interaction with customers and other stakeholders.
You are highly proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You are characterized by structured thinking and working, as well as strong assertiveness and communication skills.
You can take full ownership of your projects and are a dependable team player.
You speak German at native level and are able to communicate in English without difficulty.
