Responsibilities

  • Serve as the account and business lead across integrated scopes
  • Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication
  • Understand client requests thoroughly before bringing to your internal teams
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of organic social
  • Translate business and creative goals into clear, actionable plans
  • Oversee production workflows—from brief to final asset delivery
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and innovation across channels
  • Collaborate closely with creative and strategy internal leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-channel projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Strong background in organic social strategy and production
  • Management experience
  • Proven track record of true client and business partnership
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
  • Curiosity to get to the root of the problem we’re being asked to solve
  • A drive for continuous improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
