About the role

  • Consultant managing financial performance and transactions for regional entities at EOS Group. Role involves financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management in Hamburg.

Responsibilities

  • Share responsibility for the financial performance of regional entities
  • Support companies in reporting, budgeting, and preparation of annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS)
  • Contribute to acquisition and deal-related projects (M&A)
  • Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits
  • Build and maintain relationships to drive financial improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong background in Finance, Controlling, or Transaction Services
  • Experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or M&A-related topics
  • Confident user of Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+)
  • Analytical, communicative, and motivated mindset
